About me

Sue studied the Government recognised Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training Practitioner Diploma Course and holds the Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP) and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), NVQ level 4. Sue is a qualified Hypnotherapy Supervisor (NCH (Sup)) NVQ level 5.

As the Standards Officer for the National Council of Hypnotherapy since October 2015, Sue is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals whilst ensuring full compliance with the NCH Code of Ethical Conduct.

Sue’s background was as a Lawyer for nearly twenty five years and she has in total over thirty five years experience working with people to resolve complex problems. She was motivated by helping clients come to terms with their circumstances she chose to take a new direction setting up her hypnotherapy practice in Cardiff and introducing two further clinics in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Sue is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK body for self regulation of complementary healthcare practitioners and she is bound by their strict code of practice. Sue maintains full liability and professional indemnity insurance and is registered with the Information Commissioners Officer.

Sue is convinced about the benefits to be gained from Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and inspired by the life changing effects it has on her clients. She is committed to continue to broaden and deepen her knowledge by engaging in further study which directly benefits her clients.

In summer 2020 Sue qualified as a Mindfulness teacher and runs Mindfulness classes.
