Incidences or situations are not necessarily stressful in themselves, it is more a case of how we react to them which can cause us problems. Only you can determine your own comfortable stress levels.  For some sorting out a house move and all it entails can lead to unbearable sweats but for others they thrive on it. Those same stressed people may find caring for a room full of children a breeze. No two people react the same.
